Q: How can I cancel an order?

A: To prepare for shopping for furniture, we recommend the following steps: 
1. Determine your budget.
2. Look for pictures from magazines or design websites that reflect your taste.
3. Collect fabric swatches or color chips for the areas you plan to redecorate.

Q: How can I return an item?
A: To initiate a return, please email us at Support@scuethyeespace.com  with photos and/or videos of the items and include your order number. Our customer service staff will assess the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information and requires a signature to prevent any loss during the return/exchange process. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and either issue a replacement for exchange or process a refund. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.
