YES, We have experienced designers who can give you some suggestions based on your requirements.

Note: We usually provide 120-inch long rods/ropes/chains for customers with higher ceilings. If you need a longer length, please contact us.

2. What if Parts are Damaged During Shipping?

Typically, products do not get damaged because we conduct rigorous testing and inspection on all products. We use various effective protective measures inside the product packaging, and we use a sturdy wooden crate to ensure the safety of the product during shipping.

However, despite our excellent safety measures,The possibility of damage still exists, although the probability is very small. But rest assured, if parts are damaged due to the product itself or during transportation, we will send you the replacement parts for free. You will need to provide some photos and videos to prove the defect.
